A bit Chilipepper for the Chili but rain or shine! Mr Clean and Condenser joined me this morning. Slight modification as I had planned on doing Burpees on the ruck this AM, but it is all good.
3 Pax Rucked around the parking lot (400 m) with Ruck + 60 LB Sandbag. Every 1/4 mile we stopped and did 20 Squats, 20 Lunges. Sandbag changed hands at starting point. Each PAX go the sandbag 2x. We then did another lap Ruck only and did 20 Carolina Dry Docks + 10 Merkins. Did 2 stops. Then One more lap double time. We had a few minutes left and performed a few exercises which I do not recall at all…
Lots of good Mumble chatter and fought off the cold 46 degrees with some windchill.
We then joined the rest of the PAX for COT.
