Strangely, a large cohort of ruckers today for Uzi’s beatdown.  Leaving a brave 5 Pax for a Chilipepper disruptor workout.    5 Core Principles and Disclaimers where shared.

 

Mozy!!  High Knees, Butt Kickers, Side shuffles followed by SSH, strawberry pickers and Michael Phelps.

 

Pax was divided into 2 teams, DORA style but count was not cumulative.  Once pax completed his set he could help a brother out.  All teams needed to complete individual reps before continuing.

 

Disrupter.  3 Burpees at the start of every 60 seconds.

250 Stationary Reverse Lunge

 

Due to Time, slight modification on Shoulder Taps and we skipped Lunes.  We did round it up and performed a few minutes of boxing mitt cross jabs, keeping the 60 minute 3 burpee timer.
