There were just two of us at 5:15, so the 5 core principles were given and we took off on a mosey to the entrance. There we performed SSH, Windmills and Overhead Claps. We headed back with a Nur , then turned around for a regular mosey.
We used a die to determine the number of reps for each excercise we would do, we added 10 to the number on the die. After each 5 excercises we did a lap around a parking island. We completed 23 excercises and finished with a large lap at a quick walking pace.
It was decide that this would be a 45 minute workout, not a 30/30, since there was no set Q with a question.
