Great morning to celebrate Chilipepper’s 6th birthday! PAX gathered, disclaimers and 5 core principles were announced. We then did a mozy with butt kickers, Nur, high knees, and lots of mumble chatter. In the circle we performed strawberry pickers, , planks, merkins, right foot to right hand and left foot to left hand stretch and finally motivators from 8.

PAX were then given the choice, thunderstruck or Donna Summers Hot Stuff. Thanks MR Clean, Donna Summers. Constant Monkey Humpers on the key word HOT we performed a Jungle Boi.

The main event!

Counted off in 4 teams. While team performed the following exercise, cumulative as a team, one of the PAX would take a 50 lb. bucket 120 ft then do murder bunnies for 120 ft, arriving at the square of pain, do 3 sand bag over head throw burpees (30, 60 or 100 lb. bags), then return to murder bunnies, bucket carries till they got to the Start X. Next PAX in the group would then travel the gauntlet. So on and so forth till time was called.
