55F clear and dry weather just right for strength training outdoors. We welcomed back Breaker since his hiatus in Miami. Crocs was ready so we headed out for a mosey jog with warmorama exercises and dynamic stretching.
3 Pax, 3 workout stations consisting of 25lb and 35lbs dumbbells, 35lbs cinderblock, a pair of 25 pound plate weights.
With jamming music playing, each pax trained a particular body part for about one minute, then rotated to next station until all stations completed then ran a recovery lap. This was repeated with alternating variations every cycle then back again every third cycle. We definitely felt our muscles pumped as we noticed our sleeves got more snug. Eventually time was up and so was the beatdown.
