Just two for the show at 5:15.  We knew the 5 core principles and disclaimer  so we Mosied the parking lot stopping at the circle for bad back stretches, LBCs, pickle pointers, arm circles and Michael Phelps.  We then mosied the rest of the parking lot and finished with 5 minutes of Baba O’Reilly Imperial Walkers.
