As I readied myself for bed Monday night I saw a post from Sir Wallace… nobody was set to Q Tuesday session. I was quit to respond as others must’ve been worn out from the Murph.
It was a great May morning in Sarasota with temperatures in the 60’s and the humidity more in the manageable stage instead of the usual excruciating levels.
The Pax was ready to go this morning and had plenty of energy to inspire the group for a great workout. After reciting the core principles we took a little mosey. About halfway through the mosey we had a quit pit stop for some strawberry pickers, imperial walkers, side straddle hops, Michael Phelps and of course, monkey humpers. After some quick exercises we moseyed our way back to the green grass.
Since this was a last minute assignment I didn’t have much time to prepare so a DORA workout seemed to make the most sense. We paired off in teams of 2 for sets of 150 of 7 different workouts
150 Big boy sit-ups
150 Carolina Dry Docks
150 Tricep Dips
The workout was a great one with minimal complaints. We also somehow made it through the workout with a porta potty clean out sprinkled in the middle (somehow it didn’t stink today). Overall the participation was amazing and everyone better themselves with this workout.
