70 degrees and breezy = nice!
My son Freddie Kroger is in town and decided to join us today. Along came Condensor, so right at 7:00 we did a mosey around the Audubon building with some high knees and but kickers, to the east parking lot. There we did 15 of each: SSH, strawberry pickers, wind mills and toy soldiers. When we finished the warmup we mosied up grandmother hill to the top of Mount Celery.
4 by 10 times 4
I had four cones set up 10 yards apart. To proceed to each cone the mode of transportation was the broad jump.
Cone 1: 15 LBC
Cone 2: 15 lunges
Cone 3: 15 merkins
Cone 4: 15 big boy set-ups
Once finished at cone 4 the mode of transportation back to cone 1 was a bear crawl. Then we planked for the six. Rinse and repeat four times.
Once completed we ran down mother hill to the benches for 15 of each of the following: dips, step ups, LBC on the bench, calf raises, american hammers, Freddie Mercury’s, mountain climbers, and muracaan night clubs.
