YHC arrived at at 0505 to find stagecoach getting a pre-run in….this was a smart decision by Stagecoach because after running 26 miles over the weekend YHC declared that today’s beatdown would consist of 0.0 miles of running…..

PAX gathered around anxiously awaiting the start of the beatdown with a few questioning the sincerity of 0.0 and wondering what other modes of transportation in store….

At 0515 YHC reviewed the 5 core principles and started the PAX on a mosey that consisted of Carioca, side shuffle and skipping.  After a brief mosey the PAX circled up for COP
