15 side straddle hops

10 burpees

10 breakdancers

10 merkins

Main Set

We workshopped a few variations, but settled on this routine.

Each pax in rotation…

Spin the wheel to get the exercise

Spin the wheel again to get the number of reps

All Exercise

Next man up

After all have selected one exercise, run a lap.

Repeat.

 

Too many sets to remember, but a few stand out:  40 burpees, 30 jumps squats, followed shortly by another 15 jump squats.

I’m pretty sure we got our 100 burpees in … Sir Wallace and Olympus did, anyway.
