we did a quick mosey to the street and back to the start of the parking lock aisleway. The workout was to be simple format. a core exercise to “failure” then to the first intersection perform 1 burpee then run back. First pax back declares and leads the next core focused exercise. run to second intersection, 2 burpees, run back, another core exercise led by the first pax back… continue, increasing one intersection at a time, to the fifth intersection. then work back down the ladder.
after the first iteration of that ladder, we swapped core exercises for SSHs increasing by multiples of 5 each leg of the suicide. this was down at each own pax pace allowing you to amp up to your level for max intensity.
