At 7:00 Condenser text and said he was 1.5 minutes out.  I was headed up Mother Hill for a solo ruck.  When Condenser arrived,  we were off up the hill.  We had good discussion about family and F3.  Including quite a bit about Q Source.

We had to make way for a few of the cross-country runners as we were running out of time.  It is good to see so many young kids out in the gloom getting their workout in, especially on a Saturday.
