‘Everyone loves a good Pyramid scheme’…this is probably the first and last time you’ll hear this phase.
Started this morning with a quick mosey in the 75 degree FL weather. After some quick warm up exercises, we got to it.
Pyramids go up then back down. Today we used some simple exercises to push the term ‘easy’. Each exercise would take place at a corner of the AO. The round is completed when we hit each corner. We would increase the reps every round, to the top of the Pyramid then back down.
Bobby Hurleys x5, x10, x15, x10
Merkins x10, x20, x30, x15
LBCs x15, x30, x45, x30
Squats x20, x40, x60, x40
End in a round of mary.
