Thanks to the popularity of the idea of Rucks/Vests and Coupons, YHC decided to execute another “0.0” BD at Centennial. Thankfully, since our brother from F3 Alpha (Popper) has been battling foot issues, he has been creating some great 0.0’s and I was once again able to steal his work and modify.
Preamble and Disclaimer were given. PAX then grabbed their gear and trekked around the Rec Center to the playground. For warmup, PAX engaged in a bear crawl around the round-a-bout, then triangled up for weedpickers, imperial walkers, little baby arm circles (forward and backward), and Michael Phelpses.
YHC would play an original song and a Led Zeppelin remake, during which PAX would engage in four movements with reps of 5/10/15/20 as many rounds as possible.
Song: Nobody’s Fault but Mine (Blind Willie Johnson)
Pull-Ups / Shoulder Tap Merkins / Thrusters / Curls
The Gallis Pole (Lead Belly) and Gallows Pole (Led Zeppelin)
Derkins / Kettle Bells / Skull Crushers / One Arm Bent Over Rows
You Need Love (Muddy Waters) and Whole Lotta Love (Led Zeppelin)
Goblet Squats / Irkins / Zamporini Around the Round-a-bout / Shoulder Shruggs
Bring it On Home (Sonny Boy Williamson)
Blockees / Coupon Halos / Coupon Overhead Press / Dips
Time was called.
Thankful for this group of HIMs that will support each other.
