As my string of solo beatdowns continue, I did a pre warm-up of 4 hill climbs.
At 7:00 there was not anyone else joining me, so off I went. This workout went longer as I set a goal of 5 miles at a faster pace. But I did not just do the walking. I used the benches each time I passed them for some excersises, including incline merkins, dips, step-ups, and LBCs. I also did some Big Boys and American Hammers along the way. I did get some calls for burpees 5 times from the lions. After I finished each lap, I also did a hill climb for a total of 10.
