5-Minute Warm-up: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Morrocan Night Clubs, Agitators, leg and back stretches on your 6

The Main Event: 4-corners with a home base in the middle. Each corner had 3 exercises, 25 reps each (half respect). Home base 5 burpees were due. All 6 pax stayed together starting in corner 1.

Corner 1 Exercises: Merkins, LBC’s and Squats. Bear crawl to home base, 5 burpees due. Crab walk to corner 2.

Corner 2 Exercises: Carolina DD, Big Boy Sit-ups, and Lunges (x2). Bear crawl to home base, 5 burpees due. Crab walk to corner 3.

Corner 3 Exercises: Mountain Climbers, American Hammers and Calf Raises. Bear crawl to home base, 5 burpees due. Crab walk to corner 4.

Corner 4 Exercises: Shoulder Taps (x2), Hello Dolly/Heels to Heaven, and SSH. Bear crawl to home base, 5 burpees due.

We made it through 2 complete rounds. Which ended up being 50 total reps for each exercise and 40 burpees.
