All but Brutus road the 0500 EC loop for what would be the fastest to date ride yet, for many. Averaging 22 mph for the first 55 minutes. Amazing to see the growth this group has had, it’s a true pleasure to have the opportunity to ride with such HIM.

Brutus, Cottontail, Cupid, Olympus, and YHC all stayed for the second hour. Since Olympus need to be home by 06:30 the northern loop was best. After we dropped him off a few block from home it was back to the south side. All seemed fine up until we hit about 1/2 way up Masters back towards Lorraine. This is when the sky’s began to cry, leaving our toes and fingers to shrivel up like we just got out a pool. Plus side is, it cooled us off as we finished the ride back to Wawa.
