Weather: a bit cooler for July, no complaints.

Upon arrival it looked like it might just be Cottontail and YHC for the ride. As it turned out that was accurate. So YHC decided we would take turns on the laps. 1/2 the lap pushing hard in the upper zones. Second half the lap maintain 20 mph. After a full lap we’d switch off and let the other one of us pull.

Averaged 22-25 on the pushes and we were successful averaging 20 on the back 1/2.

Always a pleasure riding…Cottontail is “breaking” a little less wind these days,  Literally. Keep up the great work brother!
