Boone’s Farm and Peach Fuzz both returned from the IR for a Thursday morning beatdown at the most versatile AO in the F3 Nation.

After a quick stretch and some Side Straddle Hops, YHC led BF and PF on a mosey – with a break for AMRAP dips overlooking Clearwater Harbor Marina – across the AO to the Coachman Park band shell and lawn. There we ran sets of 3 minute AMRAP, broken up by a mosey around the lawn on the 1/8 mile loop. AMRAP sets included #Law Merkins (Carolina Dry Docks), High Slow Flutter Kicks, Bird Dog Crunches, Hand Release Merkins, and Supine Bicycles. Some stargazing and political mumble chatter helped pass the time, and we moseyed right back to the beginning for a COT with TAPs for our shorties, family members recovering from injury, and our nation.
