Weather-  hot and humid

Fresh off of the 4th of July, at 5:15am Goob started to perform dead bugs and merkins.  At precisely 5:19am, noticing that Goob was getting no showed, he turned his sad clown frown upside down and preceded to run; per his usual.  No one showed- all choosing the easy option provided in the pre-blast from the previous day:  if you want to be marshmallow soft, stay in bed.

Oh well- this beating will wait until another day.

PSA- Goob is looking for the next man up ready to take the reigns of Tuesday’s bad clown as Goob begins another training regimen for his end of year marathon series.
