Three brave HIMs found their ways to Centennial Park in Port Charlotte early in the gloom. Thankfully, the lights were on. PAX broke out into a mosey around the parking lot, followed by a warm up of SSHs, Weedpickers, Windmills, Moroccan Night Clubs, and Hillbillies.

The Thang:

YIC came loaded with placards indicating quantity and movement.

25 Shoulder Touches (alpha count)

30 Leg Raises

35 Squats

40 Mountain Climbers (alpha count)

45 American Hammers (alpha count)

Each round adds the next movement and works backwards to 5 burpees. Each round followed by a half parking lot mosey as a group.

Naked Man Moleskin

I am grateful for the F3 organization and thankful for the chance to bring it to the Port Charlotte and North Port area. I appreciate the efforts of @Bing and @Ripkin to help @PapaSmurf, @Tebow, @Aquaman, and myself as we work towards a sustainable presence in the area. I also appreciate the support I have received from the #Suncoast F3 community.
