Three brave HIMs found their ways to Centennial Park in Port Charlotte early in the gloom. Thankfully, the lights were on. YIC was also grateful for the three minute drive as an alternative to the 50 minute drive up to Sarasota/Bradenton. 5:30 arrived, disclaimer and preamble given. PAX broke out into a mosey around the parking lot, followed by a warm up of SSHs, Weedpickers, Windmills, Moroccan Night Clubs, and Hillbillies.
YIC came loaded with placards indicating quantity and movement.
10 Big Boys
20 Bonnie Blair’s (alpha count)
25 Shoulder Touches (alpha count)
30 Leg Raises
40 Mountain Climbers (alpha count)
45 American Hammers (alpha count)
Each round adds the next movement and works backwards to 5 burpees. Each round followed by a half parking lot mosey as a group.
R1: 5 Burpees and a Mosey
R2: 10 BBSs, 5 Burpees, and a mosey
R3: 15 Merkins, 10 BBSs, 5 Burpees, and a mosey
Etc. until time.
PAX discussed immediate and long term future for area. Prayers for Papa Smurf’s F-I-L, for Tebow’s college aged children’a success, and for Sugar’s kids.

I am grateful for the F3 organization and thankful for the chance to bring it to the Port Charlotte and North Port area. I appreciate the efforts of @Bing and @Ripkin to help @PapaSmurf, @Tebow, @Aquaman, and myself as we work towards a sustainable presence in the area. I also appreciate the support I have received from the #Suncoast F3 community.
