Crayon, Boone’s Farm and Dirt Dart showed up to the Bluff & Bridge expecting the normal workout, but were treated to a mosey around the area interrupted by all sorts of fun.

The pax took a 1.5 mile mosey, with interludes of flutter kicks, high slow flutters, scissors, 4 types of merkins (reg-u-lar, triangle, scorpion, incline) LBCs, wall sits, Lance Armstrongs, a palm tree slalom and back to the bluff for 3 hill sprints. We finished it off with three rounds of Kawhi around the fountain + step ups/dips/merkins.
