Crabcakes reached out for the plan and committed to doing an EC loop starting at 5. We did the usual out and back down Lorraine and Masters. Pulling a bit longer than usual each turn. Arrived back at Wawa with 2 min to spare.

Brutus had committed to the 6 loop, so we did COT and it was Brutus and YHC for some Hidden River sprints. Fast out, relaxed back. Brutus took the lead for the entire first sprint, averaging 22-24 mph. Second time out it was YHC to pull at a 24-26 mph sprint. On the third and 4th we shared the lead every 30 seconds. Each sprint was recovered by a side by side recovery 17-18mph, till we got back to the start.
