We were advised that there may be a down range PAX visiting, so I put the call out to the other regulars.  We’ll at 6:00 it was just Yeast and I.

We started off with some bad back stretches and SSH.  Then we took off for a mosey North on the trail.  We stopped our running periodically for some excercises using curbs or benches.   When we were not running, we were still moving for excercises, Toy Soldiers, KLAW, Lunges and the like.

We arrived at the starting area and still had about 10 minutes to go, so we continued heading south for a few minutes, continuing with the above, before heading back.

We finished right on time for the COT.  Thank you to Chris/Yeast, from Michigan.  We may see more of him this week.
