The HIMs of greater Port Charlotte had not gathered since before the mighty wind and water. The regular location was under control by the National Guard. Black Ops took the crew to a different location. Welcome to Publix at Qasasda Crossing.

YHC arrived first and settled on a particular corner of the parking lot. Other PAX arrived and coupons were distributed. The preamble and disclaimer were given and the PAX embarked on a mosey around the lot followed by a warm up.

PAX we’re briefed on The Thang: An extra IPC week dedicated to the wife of an out of town HIM who passed after a battle with cancer. The IPC program was slightly modified as detailed below:

Multiple rounds, each round as

10 Overhead Presses

10 Burpees

10 Curls

10 V-Ups

10 Goblet Squats

7 Blockees/Man-Makers

400m Run

After time was called the PAX collected for a COT.  We were all glad to return to action and thankful for the safety of our homes and families. It was agreed to post in Black Ops location again on Tuesday. @Ditka would make his VQ.
