Convinced my 2.0 to come back out again finally. We pulled up shortly before 5:30. Guide Dog followed soon after us. 5:30 rolled around. Disclaimer and preamble were given. Then PAX moseyed around the lot before triangleing up for weedpickers, windmills, Moroccan night clubs, and hillbillies. Pax then moseyed out to the Wallgreens.

The Thang:

First Round was hand release merkins in sets of 5/10/15/20/15/10/5 with 25 SSH’s between each set.

Mosey to different location. 2nd round was same formula, but with squats instead of merkins.

Mosey again: This time wall sits in 10/20/30/40/30/20/10 second sets with SSH’s between.

Mosey: Back to original formula for monkey humpers and SSH’s.

One more mosey for an abbreviated round with inchworms and Bonnie Blairs.

Finally mosey back to the “flag”.
